The Basics of Web Design
The possibility of having your own website can very much be a reality. However, it is something that you will have to want and work to bring into being literally.
One of the first things to realize is that web design is not just all about the creation of a specific web page and that is that. It involves a lot more than just coming up with an idea for said web page and so forth.
There are steps to creating a website that must take place even before the actual creation process takes place. One of the very first steps in the development of a web page is no other than the organization of your site from the beginning. If you organize the folders for your web page before its overall creation, you will be able to locate the pages effectively later when you need to find them.
Some of the other basics do include:
- Give names to your pages and graphics that you can remember.
- Add only graphics of a small size to your pages.
- Make sure that your pages are updated regularly.
Make sure to create folders for different file types in existence
